When invoking migrateVirtualMachineWithVolume API call and a strategy isn't found the volumes are left in Migrating state
This PR puts back the volumes to Ready state.
For an auto-generated form, with list mapping of action, mapped API parameter was not getting added to the request when first index from the list is selected. Change added to fix this.

Fixes regression introduced in 71c5dbcf492a023dbea5f8c34f8fd883c3ad653f
which would cause capacity bytes of certain pools to be update which
shouldn't get updated by StatsCollector such as solidfire.

Problem Statement:
In case of VMware, when a VM having multiple data disk is destroyed (without expunge) and tried to recover the VM then the previous data disks are not attached to the VM like before destroy. Only root disk is attached to the VM.
Root cause:
All data disks were removed as part of VM destroy. Only the volumes which are selected to delete (while destroying VM) are supposed to be detached and destroyed.
Solution:
During VM destroy, detach and destroy only volumes which are selected during VM destroy. Detach the other volumes during expunge of VM.
This PR includes fixes to complete the Korean language support of the new CloudStack UI.
CloudStack explains that it supports Korean, but only some features are translated. Compared to the en-us.json file, it is not up to date on new features.
To support Korean language support for new features and more modern Korean language support, the contents of en-us.json were copied to the ko-kr.json file and retranslated into Korean.

For inter-cluster migration without shared storage, VMware needs a host to be specified. Fix is to specify an appropriate host in the target cluster during a stopped VM migration. Also, find target datastore using the host in the target cluster.

There is a potential security issue with having http access to the VR from anywhere.
This PR restricts http access to the VR to the internal network only.
When calling the listUasageRecords API records per domain are fetched recursively. This is not the case if you specify a domain id.
This PR adds a new parameter to enable fetching records recursively (isRecursive) when passing the domain id.
This PR skips live migration on centos as the default installations for qemu/libvirt don't support it.

This PR fixes a small bug when explicitly setting VM hardware versions lower than version 10.
Vmware expects the hardware version in format: vmx-DD where DD is a two-digit representation of the virtual hardware version. For hardware version lower than 10, CloudStack was not using to digits for the hardware version number, which ended up on an error while creating worker VMs. (vmx-8 for example instead of vmx-08)

As reported in the issue ACP 4.7 used a normal UUID in db for a presetup primary store on Xenserver.
Later the value has been changed to store's path with '/' removed.
Current changes try to retrieve SR's name-lable from store's path if UUID doesn't match path field for a pre-setup store.
