fad0cfcc18 Added new paramerer "start" to createVPC command. When false is passed in, VPC won't be started (its VPC VR won't get implemented) till the point when the first netwotrk gets implemented in the VPC. 
The parameter is optional and true by default to preserve the original behavior

285c06865c List view: Support passing custom ID to detail view context 
For section select list views, if 'id' is specied under section: {},
then use that ID instead of the section's key ID. This allows sections
to use i.e. the same ID as each other for a consistent context ID.

308b7a5c37 CLOUDSTACK-1302: Allow cache_mode to be NULL in the database 
Not allowing this field to be NULL broke master due to the default
data which gets loaded into the database during initial startup of the
management server.

During generation of the XML for the VM it will however default to
'none' if NULL is passed

433a631916 Reformat of source code to set a stable base for the future. I couldn't get checkstyle enabled. There's still about a thousand errors from checkstyle. Most of it from length errors from comments and strings. Will attempt to remove those tonight. This change is so large I just want to get it in before any merge nightmares. The changes are fairly minor though and I did a full compile and start a server with the reformat code. 2013-11-21 07:56:47 -08:00

899e9f0d60 CS-16962: [API] [EIP/ELB enabled Zone] Need to display EIP address as 
"Public IP Address" for system VMs

In system VM response object return EIP as public IP in case of basic
zone with EIP service.

6aafb9c50d CLOUDSTACK-5227. Cannot pass Japanese characters as parameter values to an API. 
During API check for control characters use pattern matching to avoid identifying all non-printable characters as control characters.

1edaa36cc6 CLOUDSTACK-1302: Allow a cache mode per disk offering 
Per disk offering the setting none, writeback or writethrough can be set

This allows for both safety and performance for writes.
