<p>The PGP signatures can be verified using PGP or GPG. First download the <a class="externalLink" href="http://www.apache.org/dist/logging/KEYS">KEYS</a> as well as the asc signature file for the relevant distribution. Make sure you get these files from the <a class="externalLink" href="http://www.apache.org/dist/logging/">main distribution directory</a>, rather than from a mirror.
