Improve the guest OS hypervisor mappings addition on upgrade. (#5911) ...

- This removes the hardcoded guest os ids 305 - 329 in upgrade path 4.14.0 to 4.15.0, and 330 - 349 in upgrade path 4.15.0.0 to 4.15.1.0.
