61b787975c CLOUDSTACK-4283: remove hardcoded shared_vlan from test_shared_networks 
SharedNetwork creation requires a pre-setup VLAN outside of the guest
VLANs defined during zone creation. Use a VLAN tag outside the guest
range as a shared network vlan to create shared networks.

a4356b559c More fixes to regression tests: 
- Remove extraneous non-ascii chars
- cloudconnection is auto GCed. No explicit cleanup required.
- Add environment tags for shared network tests
- Invalid account.account references
- Indentation errors
- Skip the storage motion test on unsuitable host environment
- remove copy template test. covered in the smoke tests
- invalid keys in service dictionary
- Unskipping tests skipped tests

894413e362 Marvin IP cleared tests for various cloudstack components 
One big blob of all the tests that were posted for IP clearance several
months ago. IP clearance VOTE has passed on general@
