This migrate to log4j 1.x fork, reload4j 1.2.18.0 which is drop-in
replacement and addresses some immediate CVE and issues.

This adds support for JDK11 in CloudStack 4.14+:
- Fixes code to build against JDK11
- Bump to Debian 9 systemvmtemplate with openjdk-11
- Fix Travis to run smoketests against openjdk-11
- Use maven provided jdk11 compatible mysql-connector-java
- Remove old agent init.d scripts

the changes in commit ec32ea30f7b3e5351e661786955d9fa0929047bd changed
gmaven version in ldap plugin which broke running the spock tests from
command line. Hence reverting the change until we fix it with
the new version.
