Chip Childers	cbd4cb3fb9	CLOUDSTACK-26 and CLOUDSTACK-47: Removing *.war, *.jar, and deps/awsapi-lib/rampart-lib/*.txt files. ... I realize that this might be destructive to the stability of the tree, but these files have to be removed.
