Sverrir A. Berg	0acd3c12a2	Convert patchviasocket to python (removes perl dependency for KVM agent) ... As requested here: https://github.com/apache/cloudstack/pull/1495 No scripts are using perl so that install requirement can be removed. The new scripts are using standard python packages only.
