Problem: The VM metrics has aggregated volume bytes read/write and iops metrics but not on per volume basis.
Root Cause: The volume stats sub-system is not used to export the metrics, the support is not available for VMware.
Solution: Use the volume stats sub-system and DB table to export the metrics via the listVolumes and listVolumeMetrics API, and implement support for VMware and fix issue with network and disk metrics in the VM metrics view.

Problem: The listVolumeMetrics API response does not honor the volume detail visibility restrictions set for normal users and returns sensitive information which should only be visible to the root admin.
Root Cause: The listVolumeMetrics API response extends the ListVolumesByAdmin API internally and this results in a full display view response that is only meant for the root admin.
Solution: This has been fixed by rectifying the API response to not show ‘physical size’, 'storage type', and ‘storage pool’ information. The UI has also been fixed to hide these columns for normal users.
This adds memory used column in the instance metrics view. Also fixes
a bug for VMware, due to which incorrect memory usage was returned.

- Fixes timezone issue where dates show up as nvalid in UI
- Introduces new event timeline listing/filtering of events
- Several UI improvements to add columns in list views
- Bulk operations support in instance list view to shutdown and destroy
multiple-selected VMs (limitation: after operation, redundant entries
may show up in the list view, refreshing VM list view fixes that)
- Align table thead/tbody to avoid splitting of tables

* CLOUDSTACK-9972: Enhance listVolume API to include physical size and utilization.
Also fixed pool, cluster and pod info
* CLOUDSTACK-9972: Fix volume_view and duplicate API constant
* CLOUDSTACK-9972: Backport Do not allow vms to be deployed on hosts that are in disabled pod
* CLOUDSTACK-9972: Fix localization missing keys
* CLOUDSTACK-9972: Fix sql path
This improves the metrics view feature by improving the rendering performance
of metrics view tables, by reimplementing the logic at the backend and data
served via APIs. In large environments, the older implementation would
make several API calls that increases both network and database load.
List of APIs introduced for improving the performance:
listClustersMetrics
listHostsMetrics
listInfrastructure
listStoragePoolsMetrics
listVMsMetrics
listVolumesMetrics
listZonesMetrics

Use available context to filter a metrics view based on zone, cluster, host
in the context object. This fixes metrics view filtering when metrics view is
viewed via Zone->Compute and Storage-> for a resource.

Support access to a host’s out-of-band management interface (e.g. IPMI, iLO,
DRAC, etc.) to manage host power operations (on/off etc.) and querying current
power state in CloudStack.
Given the wide range of out-of-band management interfaces such as iLO and iDRA,
the service implementation allows for development of separate drivers as plugins.
This feature comes with a ipmitool based driver that uses the
ipmitool (http://linux.die.net/man/1/ipmitool) to communicate with any
out-of-band management interface that support IPMI 2.0.
This feature allows following common use-cases:
- Restarting stalled/failed hosts
- Powering off under-utilised hosts
- Powering on hosts for provisioning or to increase capacity
- Allowing system administrators to see the current power state of the host
For testing this feature `ipmisim` can be used:

trailing commas in javascripts removedAccording to SonarQube this is a bug on internet explorer. It is the only 'blocker' level issue in cloudstack. @abhinandanprateek (@agneya2001) @bhaisaab @miguelaferreira should we enforce this or, as alternative, have it disabled in SonarQube?

Implements various metrics views based on a listView based widget that has following
properties:
- vertically and horizontally scrollable with pagination/infinite scrolling
- sortable columns (client side)
- groupable/collapsible columns
- alternate row coloring
- refresh button to refresh views
- threshold table cell coloring
- panel/breadcrumb navigation
- quick view action column
- translatable labels
- sorts after metrics is refreshed, if a column was previously sorted
- sorts after adding rows on infinite scrolling if a column was pre-sorted
- Metrics views: Zones, Clusters, Hosts, Instances, Storage pools, Volumes
- Resource filtering/navigation: Zones->Clusters->Hosts->Instances->Volumes,
Storage Pool->Volumes
