systemvmtemplate: Fix definitions and partition map
- Fix definitions, create vhd (virtual disk) format (reusable for hyperv) - Fix partition maps in preseed, create /boot, /home, /var, /usr, /opt etc. Signed-off-by: Rohit Yadav <bhaisaab@apache.org>
